Being in the Ginza area in an affordable yet comfortable hotel was our goal. Our room was large by Tokyo standards at about 22 sq mt. We had 3 metro lines available within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. Just steps from the hotel was the former Tsukiji fish market now full of restaurants, fish mongers and street food sellers. There was even a small Family Mart convenience store next door. We chose the western style room with a raised bed and carpeted flooring. There were Japanese styled rooms as well with floor located beds and short legged furniture. The hotel has an onsen styled family oriented spa to melt away your stresses and offers a breakfast package as well. The rooms have mini fridges and a hot water kettle. The Keisei Narita Sky Access/Asakusa train/metro line gives a great access to the Ginza area from the NRT airport. The metro stop is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Which all makes it a comfortable, nicely appointed, great location, modern and quite a complete package. Oh, I forgot to mention there is a coin operated laundromat in the basement too.

Clean facilties - toilet & bathroom were spotless with a smart toilet. (Room with 3 Beds & Tatami setup) Body soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, cotton buds, toothpaste & brush all provided and can be restocked when you request for a room clean using a magnetic sign behind the door. Awesome coffee & ice machine just in front of the reception area (all free). Pajamas provided were comfortable and minimalistic. Two stations within a 5-7 minute walking distance and a bus stop 2-3 minutes away. Tsukiji Fish Market just right outside the hotel for food. FamilyMart literally just beside the hotel for food & other products. Excellent & polite staff who always greeted us when departing and arriving from our daily "expeditions". Extremely fast & courteous room service staff. Stayed for 10 nights to explore as many areas of Tokyo. Felt like a second home!

In Ginza area, just a 3-minute walk to Tsukiji Outer Market. Able to spend 2 mornings at the market trying out all the wagyu, grilled seafood, sushi & sashimi, sweet potato, coffee, matcha latte, ice cream, orange juice, strawberries, etc. because of its perfect location! People at the reception are very warm & accommodating. Clean hotel, nice interiors-maximized the space of compact rooms, made use of all space, including the corners. With the limited layout, we were able to fit 2 hand-carry luggages, 3 checked luggages (1 of 3 is medium-sized). There's also iced coffee/hot coffee dispenser at the lobby for hotel guests. There's also vending machine for fresh orange juice at the lounge for ¥500 a cup. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

I like how new the hotel was compared to others. The size of the room is bigger than other hotels in Tokyo. Mainly, I liked the location of the property. It’s right next to Tsukiji Market, a convenience store, and many other restaurants and shops. It is also not too far to downtown areas of Tokyo by subway, bus, or car such as Ginza, Roppongi Hills, even Disneyland. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. They always greeted us as we left and came back, even if it’s late. Finally, by car, it’s about 25 minutes to Haneda Airport, so coming from the airport and going there is convenient.

For us the location was perfect, next to the old fish market so nice food close by and just outside the real busy areas. There are 2 metro lines close by, one is about 10 min walk and the other one 15. For us that was really no problem at all! Within 10/15 minutes you are in Ginza, so also no problem to walk. I read some comments (also on other platforms) about not being close to the central metro line, but we walked a lot and when we had to take the metro it was as easy as in other big cities! We had quite a big and comfortable room for a family of 4!
