So many amenities: we were provided with slippers, pants and robe top for lounging. The room also has ample toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair brush and blow dryer, toothbrushes, razors, and cotton balls. There is a little electric kettle with cups and a few packets of matcha. Very comfortable beds. Downstairs there is a free coffee station that had very good coffee and lattes. The location is great, almost right in the market but set back enough that there’s no noise from it. About 8 min walk from the closest subway station. The origami station was a very cute addition. The breakfast was absolutely delicious: the buffet had so many options. There was sushi, udon, grilled fish, toast, eggs, fruit, yogurt, and various other options every day. We loved it!! The hotel staff was so friendly and kind. We would recommend this hotel highly!

Facilities were pleasant throughout the entire stay. The location was more than I could have hoped for! The proximity to the old fish market, new fish market, bridges and bay were lovely. Many stations a short walk 7-15 minutes between most. The onsen and onsen lounge were quite nice and had a hot, carbonated, and cold bath. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. The cleaning staff were incredibly kind and sweet! They put my hiking buddies (plush key chains) on the bed in a cute way :) The room was one of my favorite hotel stays: small but sufficient, great AC, air purifier, comfy beds, separate and very nice shower and toilet.

I like how new the hotel was compared to others. The size of the room is bigger than other hotels in Tokyo. Mainly, I liked the location of the property. It’s right next to Tsukiji Market, a convenience store, and many other restaurants and shops. It is also not too far to downtown areas of Tokyo by subway, bus, or car such as Ginza, Roppongi Hills, even Disneyland. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. They always greeted us as we left and came back, even if it’s late. Finally, by car, it’s about 25 minutes to Haneda Airport, so coming from the airport and going there is convenient.

Located in a historic part of Tokyo, where the former and legendary Tsukiji fischmarket was located but is now demolished with a huge empty ground left. The surrounding streets, shops and restaurants remained and became a tourist hotspot, in my view overrated and another example of „and then came the tourists.“ The hotel itself is a calm oasis, it is very modern and even has a huge public bath, with a onsen and even a sauna, where you can forget the hustle and bustle of Tokio. Free for guests! I loved it.

I recently stayed at Tosei Hotel Cocone Tsukiji and was quite satisfied with its modern and clean facilities, as it’s a relatively new hotel. That said, if your main destinations are Ginza and Tokyo Station, this hotel is still a good choice. Just be aware that the current Tsukiji redevelopment project means that many rooms face construction sites. But in the next 7 to 15 years, once the redevelopment is complete, the area is likely to become much more attractive.
